Bought this new from Awave in melbourne a few years ago.
Has not moved from my rack since and have been using it with my 002.
Will thrown in a dsub to 8 trs cable as well.
I have the manual i think but not the original box.
Will ship anywhere in Australia otherwise local pickup is in Brunswick, Melbourne.
