Clearing some space

Hey guys,

I've literally run out of space here so am about to throw some stuff on ebay. But as per the usual etiquette, you lot get first dibs on anything you might want.

- AWA dual Mic Pre w/EQ - I have three spares for the console, I'm going to rack one up, keep one as a spare and thus have a spare to get rid of. Huge sounding, runs of 30V, discrete with inductor EQ's. $1,800 (ie $900/channel!)

- Pair of JBL 4331A's. These are big. Recently re-foamed at Speakerworks, has VIFA supertweeter added to make it 3-way. Needs a big amp to run properly. Sold

- Studer A80 24 track. I have two of these and will likely NEVER use the second. They just take up too much valuable space. This thing doesn't owe me much so make me a decent offer if you're interested that doesn't involve biscuits.

- Pair of Mackie SRM450's. Bought from Steve off this forum, they are US made. In great condition with stands $800

- 3 x Dual ADC patchbays. These are brand new, mil-spec hinged (for easy access) bantam patchbays. I just bought them from the US when Alistair posted his for sale. Note they are double, so are 2 x 96 per bay. Sold

- Goldentone Bassmaster head. I bought this then found another with a cab, so it's not needed. Needs refurb and tubes. $350.

- Yamaha mini PA: 2 x 12" PA speakers (US made) + stands + Jands 300w amp + Yamaha MG10/2 Mixer $800

- Wurlitzer 200A. Needs a refurb but complete. The legs/music stand are rusty and need to be re-chromed, the pedal needs some love but all in all it isn't far off. It needs a recap/a couple of new tines but top is in good nick for age Sold

All stuff in Leichhardt.

Chris

** update a few things sold - I can bring any other items to the ABC auction if anyone is interested **

Hi,

Stuff added...

Lots of enquiries but I'm selling on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Things can be held with deposits, so PM me if there's something you really want but need time to scrape together cash.

Note I'll trade/part trade for the following things:

- Nehalem Mac Pro (2009 or newer)
- Balanced out rack mounted cd player/recorder (Ta@#$% preferred)
- Distressor
- Any other tasty compressors

Cheers

Chris

sure, so long as you pay the shipping.

I've found e-go.com.au to be the cheapest and most efficient shipping option.

Yeah but seriously, how much would you pay for an awesome compressor? This is an overawesomeness 24 channel compressor of the most highest order. And I hazard a guess it won't cost a lot more than some high end stereo comps. Studer. OMG. If I had room and could somehow get it to melbourne I would be there. Can you hear the drums? the drums? the drums?

I can't swing it right now.. but I'd love to have it.. Especially for drums.. but it would work well for almost everything.

Buy this and get a CLASP system... WHich would cost twice what the Struder would.. but still...

Sigh. One day.

I'd likely take $3k as-is where-is.

The machine needs a tech once-over but is all there.

Hi Chris,

The 96way ADC bantam tt patch bays still kicking around?

Could be a dumb question but these are standard 19" rack width correct?
96points in two rows of 48?

Also, if this is the case, what is the xRU of each unit? 1RU, 2RU?

Many thanks,

Lachlan.
