what exactly are you looking for?

we are about to put in a couple of production suites at GPHQ..
one is already leased to a vid production guy
the other i will be looking for a short/ medium/ long term tenant... will be approx 5x5m room, properly treated and so on, with window onto the "b" floor of the main studio, and reduced rates/ good access to the main studio when required.
