Hi Phil, can you tell me if this comp is working properly? Does the Auto release work as it should, and does the output level stay the same as the ratio is adjusted?
Cheers,
Paul Maybury

Hi Paul, I have only just got the comp, I know it works fine, but I will check for those particular issues this evening, cheers, Phil

Hi Paul, yes the comp is working just fine, all controls do as they should.
The sound is solid, no loss of clarity under heavy compression, just a little with the fastest attack setting of course.
The auto release does a nice job of keeping it natural.
And the output level does remain the same as you change ratios, apart from the difference in reduction with the different ratios of course, but no over all level change.
So I have checked all functions apart from the external key input, but the internal filter for the sidechain works on all frequency settings.
cheers, Phil.

Hi Phil, that sounds great. I would like to purchase it for our live to air studio here at PBSFM.
Could you contact me at production@pbsfm.org.au with an invoice? We would have to do EFT.
Are you able to deliver to Collingwood?
