ADM 1540 Equaliser Modules. $170 each

These modules were manufactured in 1980 by Audio Design Manufacturing.

They are 4 band inductors based reciprocal equalisers with precision switched gain settings and frequency selection.

11 position Grayhill dual concentric switches provide 2, 4, 6, 9 & 12db of boost or cut at the following frequencies.

LF: 40, 80, 100 Hz Shelving

ML: 200, 350, 560, 900 Hz Peak & Dip

MH: 1.5, 2.5, 4.3, 7.2 kHz Peak & Dip

HF: 10, 12.5, 15 kHz Shelving

Require a dual rail 20 volt supply. Rob or Joe Malone (JLM) can rack them up for you or can sell you the power supply to suit if you're into DIY.

Edge connector and schematics included. Mounting frame to hold up to 4 modules supplied if you buy 2 or more modules.

These are nice EQ's from the 80's, engraved face plates, high quality components and built like a tank. Think API or Quad 8.

and cheap too. You can easily add a tx output if these don't have that option onboard already. Any 600:600 tx will do and you can remove the capacitor output very easily (four solder points).

I've racked several of these over the years, I like them and the switches make recall easy...
