Country House (VIC) wanted to rent for recording

I'm scouting for a location for some recording in early June (Queen's Birthday weekend), if anyone has any leads on a quiet old farm house or similar, let me know.

I'm after somewhere a little remote (or at least on some acreage), decent size, within about 3 hours of Melbourne. Somewhere with minimal distractions. Basic and cheap is good.

Anyone know of anything?

have a friend whose dad owns a lodge up in Sassafras with gabled ceilings, lots of accommodation and all amenities. Will need to check with him of course but I can get you more info if you're keen
