Ok deal of the year for somebody who can see past the ugly rack job

I have 4 w295 stepped discrete eqs for sale .. Absolute quality eqs
In the most stupid rack I have ever seen !
But they power up pass signal n work fine
They have not be recapped .. So one day some time you might do that
But it's not an issue today
but they are passing signal tonight
Everything seems to work..

I had a set ten years ago and used them on guitars and drums alot
They are excellent eqs
But I have gotten this set in a horse trade and frankly unless I rerack them in a nice
Little wooden box I can't stand looking at them
God I hate this rack job !

But rerack is easy as the connectors and a simple 24 volt supply is currently
Set up in this ridiculous rack job

So $1200 for the lot .. Make it easy for me
( one forum guy is thinking about them and he has had first kick .. )
Meanwhile I figure f@#$ it out they go !

Rick are they the eqs that go with the 2x V276 you sold me years ago.
How about a swap for the Astor eqs that were part of that deal?
I only need two though.

Super German quality ..

I will split these up in sets of two
For $600 for the pair if two people want them
And let the buyers argue over who gets the
Rack and power supply

But I don't want to trade .. I am trying to
Get LESS equipment not more

But really somebody should take all four
The modules are right the price is right
The rack is seriously not quite right looking
But works all the same

Rick, I'm hunting another Siemens/telefunken V72 if you have something.....oh and have you seen the colour of those...they look like a cat peed on them. enough to make you want to give them away really.

I have two v72 and eight v74 tube telefunken/ seimans modules .. the colours are ok on them .. but I am going to move them on me thinks
I am trying to clean up and rationise the 10 zillion things i have that I don't can't or won't use.


the v74 are basically line level version ( + 12db extra gain ) but people use for mic pres for drums and guitars and anything loud all over the place
I reckon I will sell them cheap $400 each ?.
with looms connecters plug and play .

the v72 i am trying to imagine what they are really worth .. I just offered them out in the other thread swap for the ssl x desk with adjustment by me to hit the figure .

+1 if you're getting rid of any V74 modules Rick... Just leave a couple on top of the turn tables when I come to get em!

well certainly I AM getting rid of the v74 ( 8 of ) but I have been watching the prices on ebay of these things .. they are WAY down on what they should be and with the aussie dollar etc etc its an all time low if you can find them .. so $400 each plug and play ..come and get em .. turntables as well .. people are starting to eye them off and ask questions dave ..
