Ampex MM1200 2" 24 trk - SOLD

Hi All,

We've decided to let go of our Ampex MM1200 2" 24 trk machine. The Studer A800 will be staying, but the Ampex just isn't seeing the use to justify itself at this point. It's time it became that long sought after piano we've been barking about for a while. Or another iso. Or……..yeah yeah, you know what I'm saying.

Substantial re-capping completed, refurbed capstan motor from ATR Services , remote control and remote locator unit, full manual and schematics, loads of spares. For a 37 y/o machine, she goes alright.

Here's an opportunity to pursue the analogue dream and purchase a working machine from a working studio - not an auction site, not a 'been sitting in the shed for while and used to work OK' situation. Drop by and run some tones, or book a session and track to it! We're in Preston, Victoria.

Please contact us via email if you have any questions. info@headgap.com.au

Price dropped to....$SOLD.

Cheers,
