Its actually pretty cool and very well made .
I have been using it at home but i am upgrading to a hd native at home and hdx rig at work
So it aint ever going to get used again
No software .. I am keeping the licence (but i can give you my extra dongle (dont ask ) that runs 10 but cannot ever be updated or registered )
so if you dont already have protools .. if you can get a copy of 10 from somewhere
...you can plug and play ...doesnt have to run protools by the way its a great interface for anything really
i have been running it on my home version of sadie on a pc no problems
