WTB: contact mics or transducers

Postby mylesgm » Fri Jun 06, 2014 7:56 pm

Looking for some contact mics that I can stick on windows or surfaces (not plate mics or PZM). I've used these before on the Glass Percussion Project but can't find where I purchased them from and can't place my hands on them though I think they were Shadow brand. I need at least two before end of next week.

Thanks I might take you up on that. The brand of the ones I can't find is actually Schaller. Does anybody have any of those?

No sweat. If you let me know over the weekend I can throw it in an express post bag on Tuesday.

Myles,
Do you mean Schertler? I have a pair of piano pick ups if you are still in need.
Also, I have a pair of Audio Technica contact mics.
