Chiswick VK1 Vari Mu clone (Thermionic Phoenix), just looking to get some cash for this as I lost interest when I bought a Manley Vari Mu and it has sat on the shelf for too long. This was a controversial project from the Prodigy Pro days. I have all schems and docs. Lundhal input, cinemag output, custom Voller PSU tx. This works but definitely needs some tweaking to get it working to it's full potential. There is also some room for customisation, with HPF SC filters etc.
$700 ono

Dang - looks handsome!
Lots of potential there. Does it work in it's current form?
..(more just asking out of pure theoretical interest, really)..

Yes it works, it had a holiday to Ross Giles cause I was over it (read not my bag baby, ask a pro), but needs fine tuning to get the best out of it. I currently have a pad wired to what could be the HPF selector switch. Would be better adjusting the value on the pcb for better gain structure for your own set up. Then wiring in a 2 or 3 way switch for the HPF switch which is currently set by a cap on the board.

Quick and dirty!
No messing around there!
Congrats to the new owner! Looks like a sweet li'l unit.

If I didn't already have a couple of old Vari-Mu units needing some love I'd have jumped in there for sure.
