I'm de-commissioning a TV studio in Syd CBD.

What's left are the following-

Sony broadcast DVD players 1/2 rack.

16 channel video recorder.

CRT monitors- 3x 9" to full grading quality 21" and 16:9 Sony Trinitron Broadcast.

UPS's industrial grade rack mount ( you can't lift these)

High speed video servers.

IT infrastructure switches and cabling.

Broadcast Comms system.

Equipment racks- server style,floor to ceiling, many with glass doors, built in 30 outlet power boards and 4x fans.

Broadcast video patch bays, connectors and cabling.

Audio connectors and install cabling.

Full Sound studio, windows, doors, rockwool, patchbays, fabric covered panels and a heaps of cabling.

Double glazed windows.

Lots of TV style production desks with inbuilt racks.

2 floors, Furniture, chairs and desks.
Office carpet, carpet squares, partitions etc.

And lots of other crap.

Don't have time to show lots of folks through so please PM and reserve your goods.
Everything is as is and was working in production a couple of months ago.
All gear is in excellent condition and maintained by in house tech team.
Open to offers and Purchased on cash basis.
It's up to you to de-instal and transport- Bring your own tools, trolleys blankets etc.

What's happening with the space? Is it up for lease?

Yes you could lease this space.
This would be ideal for a TV station or secure online content provider.
There are backup generators on the roof.
And it is security rated to carry Hollywood content.
Huge fibre optic link into space.
Call me if you are interested.

Way too expensive for a music studio.

Ok it's a cash and grab scenario now.

This is happening in next 14 days.

Bring your tools, wire cutters, trolleys and vans.

What's not taken will be demolished!

Bring cash because what you can't carry won't be here tomorrow!

They've moved the demo forward to this Thursday!

If anyone wants stuff it can be left aside in the demo to be picked up over the weekend.

It will all be staked up in piles.

Is Saturday too late to come a raiding?

Had a look this week when I was up there, some very good stuff to be had, Windows and doors/jams are top notch as are the server racks. All very useful stuff if in the process of building a studio
