Reslo Ribbon Mic repair

I bought Reslo Ribbon 30/50ohm from ebay - it was one of those 'what the heck' purchases as I know nothing about them and only a little more about ribbon mics.

The seller assured me it was in working condition. It had the original reslo 3 pin connector so I got a tuchel 3 pin, along with my soldering iron and all the info I could find on the net and away I went. I have now tried a few different wiring configs and the most I can get is a hum. Maybe it's just me but the wiring documentation is vague to say the least.

Plz try to keep it simple - colours and numbers are good.
