Aphex Dominator II 722/723 Input Pot

We have three of them displaying the same fault at the same time. it seems that the dual gang detented pots have all reached the end of their lifespan at the same time.
Replacement pots are proving hard to find, my suggestion for getting around this is to use fixed resisters in place of the pot. We do not need input level control at this point in our broadcast chain.
Does anyone have any thought's or better solutions for getting around this problem?
