Jodie Foster - "Contact" - Focusrite Red, Eventide Harmonize

Was watching the movie Contact and noticed Jodie Foster went to adjust a device, to see quite a recognisable Red Rack! The focusrite Red Comp/Limiter.

And Below it an Eventide Harmonizer. lol! Thought I'd share it, ha ha!

I think there's a red 3 on ebay OZ atm or there was not long ago.
There used to be a section in one of the industry mags (AT?) that showed scenes from different movies that used audio gear to pose as some sort of hi tech equipment.
I think it was battlestar galactica I used to watch as a kid that used a LARC from a Lexicon reverb as the controls for a spaceship.

Yep...AT mag run an occasional spot along the bottom of the page of the "News" section - called "Gratuitous Pro Audio"
