I know, it's great huh. I have a limiter called a COMEX. It lists it here next to the RCA BA6A. It's the only bit of info i have ever found for it on the net.

haha! yeah Rick I'm hearing ya. No I ment COMEX. It's huge and looks like a BA6A only with 3 meters across the front: Input, gain reduction, and output.
I have never seen another one.

This is my COMEX limiter. Have a look at the serial number, SER NO. 3. haha!
I got it years ago on blargbay for around $500. The great Ross Giles brought it back to life for me.
I still need to get the lights on the meters to work and I think i'll add some attack/release controls.
I managed to find a schematic for it in an old audio journal. It took me for ever to find it.
