Turning Studios is looking for an experienced engineer to perform a range of duties, from mixing, pre-mixing, recording, music editing, music searches, dubbing, and other tech related duties. The successful applicant will have extensive studio experience in a range of musical styles and a proven track record. They will be enthusiastic, creative, able to work under pressure and to brief. A knowledge of working with sync to picture is a must.
The position is full time.
Turning Studios (http://www.turningstudios.com) is one of the county's premier music production houses, regularly taking out the screen industry's top awards both nationally and internationally, including AGSC, AWARD, SIREN, Cannes, LIAA, and CLIO. They recently released the Ship Song Project, a re-recording of Nick Cave’s iconic song for the Sydney Opera House featuring some of Australia’s greatest artists.
The studio is located in Chippendale, Sydney.
