Just picked up an AceTone top5 combo organ.

Its pretty much all there. Was able to tune it up with chromatic tuner and screwdriver.

Couple of issues i need to sort, any ideas appreciated.

1) Something is up with the c#board. No C# for any octaves.
2) One Eb not working. Assuming this is a contact issue on the keyboard.
3) How to get all the keys sitting flat - a couple are sitting higher than the others.

You have probably got a dead octave divider IC, hence the C# issue. The Eb is likely a key contact as you said, As for the key bed levelling I am not sure as I haven't seen one of these machines in a long time.
