Access Virus Service

Not a vintage synth, but where to get an Access Virus serviced?
I have the TI version, just bought from ebay.

I knew it had issues, but when I select "OSC 2", it changes the voice, which means can only edit osc 2/3 via TI mode.

Not a massive deal, just wondering if this can be fixed relatively easily?
