PT edit prob

Hi there,

Doing some post work with Bias Sound Soap pro on PT HD.

Have done about 2000 edits and bounced the file and re imported.
Had a look at the video and the edits are out of sync !
(I have put the original unedited files back in and they sync fine)

Found out the problem...SSP has a delay of 7211 samples !!!

So..only 4095 are being compensated for...I now have to move the 200 edits back by 3116 samples.
How can I grab all of these edits and simultaneously move them back ??
Can I nudge the specific number without have to go 1000's 100's 10's etc

Cheers

Hi there,

Thanx Jamil..thats exactly what i did...grouped regions, pulled them to another track.
Spun them back 3116 samples...but guess what...when I looked at the original track,
some were in and some were out.

Started at 9.30...just finished the first bounce..its 2.48..fun ;)

Looks good with the video though.

freaked out about moving shit...

ended up ok, thank christ for the group region function, before PT 7 that wasnt an option.

My first doco mixing job and its going to be shown on Ch 9 soon !
(Don't know if I'd like to do it all the time)

Used a whole other part of PT that I'd never used..looks great when you have the video on screen
as well and its all syncing beautifully :)

Thanks John - glad to hear it worked out fine.
What did you use in the end - SSP or Ozone?
Tim..
