i know why rick loves boats

Postby bennyboy » Fri Mar 21, 2008 11:20 pm

i lost my studio 2 weeks ago due to financial reasons and i got a part time job to make ends meet and keep my house fixing cranes for a bit

to cut a long story short ive been working on a boat called the shirlyanne i think some guy from westfeilds owns it and i sort of get what one says owning a studio is like owning a boat. the boat cost 35 mil the running cost is 1.4 mil per year even if i won lotto i could not keep nor maintain this boat (this boat was a luxery not an investment) man any one who would have walked on this vessel would have said the same thing its just like my studio when i had low overheads i could maintain an income for my family and make music i love. but with a big place i became more of a manager of dept and cashflow a show pony borrowing cheating and begging

and rick i am also working on the cranes that build marlin boats in ingleburn if you ever want to see how there made let us know
