I've upgraded my setup out of the late 90's, and got rid of my 2 Black 17inch CRT monitors..
The question is, with prices on ebay hardly pushing $5, what do I do with them?
It's the type of thing you see on the side of the road.. it's just a shame as these are a nice matching pair..
Any suggestions?
I'm located in Sydney.
Regards
Mike

Mike,
I had the same issue.
I tried selling my old 17" Acer 77c on Ebay for $19.99 a while back.
Not even a watcher or a bite..
They are so cheap these days as you say.
Probably best to offload to a shop like Lifeline or Vinnie's and do the good samaritan thing..

You will probably just have to wait until the next council clean-up unfortunately.... Last clean-up here one of my customers showed up, he had never been here before, he said that he could tell which house in the street was mine because of the JX-8P and the Prophet 5 sitting on the grass out the front next to the broken vacuum cleaner.

Or just put it on someone elses pile out the front ;-)
I saw a super keyboard stand (Quiklok) out the front of this guys house last week - I was driving to go to the PO and was going to stop and check it out when I was on my way back.
Some guy had snaffled it already by the time I was going past!!

Thats funny, because I found a single tier double braced quicklock on the side of the road a little while ago...
I was thinking of the vinnies side of things.. I've also got 2x 15 Inch LCD screens that have a bit of noise in them.. I'll give em those too..
