This is the strangest forum I've ever participated in... but in a nice way.

Hummmm - that would be nice.
You know he makes the Phelicity which is a C12 clone?
http://www.beesneezmicrophones.com.au/phelicity.htm
I have one of those coming.

Would be nice to try it. I find the Aabella seems bright enough for me, I want something with some dominance in the bottom end, darker and not sibilant on the top end.

Angus, you need to learn some manners. Your continuing disrespect of other forum members is childish and is getting old real fast. How about you conduct yourself professionally and with courtesy while participating on this forum and maybe we might be able to take seriously for once. As it stands right now, there is no way in the world I would ever consider you or your studios to be a place I'd bring work to, simply because of the way you represent yourself here. Think about it.

And btw.... it took me 60 seconds to resize the images in Photoshop and upload them to a photobucket.com account.

Let's not get into a pissing contest about who does what and how much work because I guarantee you, you will lose. I might have cancer but I can still kick your ass.

Your pride, arrogance and continual boasting is just pathetic and is a sad indictment on you and your business. What a stunning advertisement you are for a "professional" establishment. Do you see any of the other studio owners here behaving and relating to other forum members in the manner you are? No.

+1 for a "block" function on the TR forums. I'd rather not read any more of Angus Bonehead's comments.

I thought that was one of the functions of the PM facility.
You two can go and fight it out there.
What is this achieving?

Ok getting things back on topic. That girl makes my wiener sing - the mic does nothing for me what so ever.

So the lesson here is more girl pics less mic pics

I posted a couple of images then everyone starts jumping down my throat - go figure.

no - the problem is, you can't take the tiniest bit of criticism of your behaviour without taking it as a personal insult and then turning into an enraged arse.

it's common forum etiquette to not post giant pictures that mess up page formatting and make it hard for people to read replies.. pretty much anywhere on the web, if you post a picture like that you'll be told off (and usually a lot worse than you got here)

and if a bunch of people pull you up on something like that, a reasonable response would be to look at the fact that multiple people have problems with what you've done, and apologise, and then make a point to not do it again. rather than get your back up, and then go on about how it's not worth the 1 minute of your time to do it right in the first place, and when that's exposed as a stupid defence play retaliating victim, and come up with replies like "bite me" or "who died and made you a moderator"

But I'm not a girl - if someone calls me out I will come out swinging.

you sure cry like one.

seriously - learn the difference between criticism of something you did, and criticism of you. because that's the one thing that's lead to actual criticism of you in this thread.

oh, and get the hell over yourself.

cheers.
My name is Julian Higginson and I approve of this message.
