The Gear Is No-more

Hi guys
I'm shutting up my gear hiring business for now, sold a lot and selling more. Just keeping a few goodies for personal recording.
Thanks to all.

Bummer.
I always had you tagged as the go to guy if I needed a remote recording rig (drum tracking in a mansion somewhere).
Now where to go?

I'm fine, just getting back to making music and extreme house make-over thanks to the wife. Her time now, so all is good.

Thanks

Yeh, I know what you mean. My wife wants to move so we are actively looking. I may have to offload some of my goodies to maintain a mortgage at controllable level. Scale right back and just keep a few great bits for writing. Dunno, Just pondering.

Maybe I'm entering Rick's "sell everything" phase. :-) I just recon that the "buy everything" phase would probably soon follow again.

Peace

Ahh renovations...you move a sink and it leaves hole, so then you have to move the stove, which means the fridge no longer works where it is, so you have to get new cupboards and then it all looks so new you have to repaint. I'm scared to touch anything in case I start a chain reaction.

It's lonesome away from your missus and all,
By the TV at night where the wild children call,
But there's nothing so lonesome,
So morbid or drear,
Than to stand at the mic of a studio with no gear.

I have my own version of this..

than producing a track, with a bad engineer"

All pretty funny IMHO.
Give yourselves a collective pat on the back.

Now if someone could insert an iced vovo in there as well as rhyming with beer and gear, we can all end the year in good cheer.
