Vintage GEC Mic

Postby rafu1210 » Mon Jul 19, 2010 8:42 pm

Hi all, whilst in asia recently I came across a 2nd hand junk shop that had a very strange looking old mic for sale. I had intended to go back and take a picture but I ran out of time. The brand was GEC which I know nothing about, maybe its "General Electrics Co."? Does anybody know anything about these and whether they're any good and worth buying without being able to try it first? I think the guy wanted about US$250... Also can anybody direct me to some online info/pics of these so that I could perhaps identify it from memory?

Cheers!
