It will only get better now that the Greek deal looks sorted. It will get to 1.10 within the next two weeks.

They should have just cut them off and let everyone's economy prosper. Ships can be registered somewhere else. Irresponsible mismanagement.

I couldn't agree more. It's a ridiculous decision, and sets a horrible precedent for other countries with careless economic management. If someone wants to pay off all my credit cards in return for shouting at me and waggling their finger a bit, then by all means, go ahead.

However from a purely selfish perspective, it does make our toys get cheaper (at least until the US economy turns around, or the Chinese economy slows down, or Australia just stops being fashionable in currency trading circles.).
