fs Juno HS60

Hi All, I want to move this old synth I've had lying around for ages, it's exactly the same as the Juno60, but with stereo speakers built in ...however, this is one is NOT in mint condition.

It sounds really sweet, but apart from missing a few knobs there seems to be the usual VCA /VCF module issues these units inevitably develop. Every 6 keys you'll find one that ignores cutoff frequency settings and there are a few hung notes as well.

My tech reckons this is common and remedied with a clone kit from the Netherlands found here...

So, just seeing if there is anyone out there interested in taking the synth as is (it still makes some pretty noises!) and doing any repairs.

It's got midi

I thought around $500?

I think youll find its the "home" version of a Juno 106.... Not a Juno 60 .

Yeah, "consumer" version of the Juno 106; and if you insert a 1/4" cable into the headphone socket it will bypass the internal speakers.

Yep ...opened it up and my mistake it's a juno 106 with speakers...thanks for the observation gents!

The speaker surrounds had deteriorated, so I've ordered another couple, will take a week to get them and put them in.

Anyway,all this calls for a price drop...How's $400 sound?

Hmm, a lot of people prefer the 106 to the 60.

Anyway, either way, it's a nice synth.
