But they've already been!! I saw them in 1993 @ Festival Hall in Melbourne.. awesome show
at the time was supposed to be Bruce Dickinsons final tour - was also the first tour they did
with the 3 guitarists!
hopefully they will be bringing Eddie out with them too!! can't wait!!

I saw them for the Powerslave tour (around '84 - my memory doesn't go back that well!!)
Dave Murray was an awesome player.. His black modified strat was just how I wanted my guitar (back then).. except he got his from Paul Kossoff :-(
Now I have 4 and a custom strat, so I ain't complaining... :-)

a few of us around here were born those years, i still remember my neighbours kids wearing the shirts when they were in their early teens and i was into lego!
that said, sounds like its gonna be a very cool gig, a friend of mine flew over to the UK to see them not long ago and loved it

why is it that so many aussie metal bands have iron maiden as a huge influence in their music but know where near are able to even recognise that metal must have a groove too.

Oh please, have a shot.......have a dozen.......................while I tend to like my footy and respect most of those guys as (retired) players, I have little or no time for what they pass off as "entertainment" once they stop talking specifically about the game itself.
