Waves Update Plan?

Postby HA_DA_JA » Thu May 01, 2008 2:31 pm

waves 5.9.7 came out does anybody really understand this process of updating then enabling then authorising and registering ?
I gave up in the end as it was all too complicated and am sticking with the old version 5. Was there any real improved benefits?
Cheers

I bought the Waves SSL4000. Love it but wont buy WUP. I will soon be updating to 64bit but if Waves causes me grief then I will dump them and stick with UAD.

Cheers

WUP looks like it's here to stay, for Wave anyway. WUP is the reason I won't be using WAVES anymore.

I have the SSL plugs too. I don't have WUP though. If anything goes wrong it will be a pain but easy enough to switch to Duende PCI.
