Does anyone else have a Sony DRE-2000 reverb? Mine finally gave up the ghost last year, I was going to pull all the boards and put them on Ebay so that someone can buy them for spares or for swapping around their own machine for fault diagnosis.

They are great reverbs, but no schematics exist, and you need extender cards to work on them, it would be smart for owners to get to know each other so that some kind of support network could be put in place to swap boards among faulty machines to narrow things down and make repairs at least theoretically possible.

Dont mean to be rude but if you decide to sell it off as bits can you post up here. Some spare bits would be good to have laying around.

Do you have one? There aren't many around, I think Sony kind of gave them away with their 48 track digital tape machines and then recalled them all.
