So what was the verdict on the Beesneez mics, anyone there like them? Poor Ben got a ear full on Slutz but nothing on his mics just all personal stuff.

Bye bye to the Rode Classic II, I bought a James Beesneez and could not be happier.
I am also sending Ben one of my other chinese mics to remodel.
The man is getting very busy so dont expect a quick turnaround.

Nope.
I had nothing to do with the shoot out.
Though listening to the files did help make my decision easier.
The James easily held its own against the other mics at a fraction of the cost.
It was a no brainer for me.
Rode CLassic II seen little use v's James that will and has seen more use than the 4 years I have had the Rode.
But you should hear it for yourself as there is starting to get a lot of hype about the Beesneez products as they gain momentum in popluarity.
Actually contact Ben about borrowing one or if you like you can borrow mine.
Cheers
