I think that's Daniel Denholm's console. He has a studio in Leichardt.
I've have worked with Daniel and he's a very straight up guy.
Maybe he'd swap it for my DDA DMR12?#*lol

I was thinking the same thing.

So there are two API's at least in Australia, or two in NSW? Nash Chambers having the other one?

It would be nice if this could stay in Oz - although I don't have that kind of money.

Lost Limb Award Schedules

Schedule awards are payments for permanent impairment to specific parts of the body.

The Schedule award provision of the Federal Employee Compensation Act, 5 U.S.C. Â§ 8107, which applies to all civil service federal employees, provides:

(a) If there is permanent disability involving the loss, or loss of use, of a member or function of the body or involving disfigurement, the employee is entitled to basic compensation for the disability, as provided by the schedule in subsection (c) of this section, at the rate of 66 2/3 percent of his monthly pay. The basic compensation is - (1) payable regardless of whether the cause of the disability originates in a part of the body other than that member; (2) payable regardless of whether the disability also involves another impairment of the body; and (3) in addition to compensation for temporary total or temporary partial disability.

(b) With respect to any period after payments under subsection (a) of this section have ended, an employee is entitled to compensation as provided by - (1) section 8105 of this title if the disability is total; or (2) section 8106 of this title if the disability is partial.

(c) The compensation schedule is as follows:

(1) Arm lost, 312 weeks' compensation.

(2) Leg lost, 288 weeks' compensation.

Wow Chris, you read my mind. I was thinking "Time Share", using the basic model but just replacing the condo with the console. I actually thought we should keep the number the 52, so we each get a full week on it every year.
I volunteer to store it at my studio for you all, free of admininstration fees.

I think a coucil should be formed like in that "Star Chamber" film. People who part beautiful vintage consoles out would be called before the chamber, asked for an explanation, then immediately shot. Or sent to work in the be!@#$%^& salt mines.

If they did'nt part out great old consoles I would'nt have a boxful of great eq's, I'd still rather a nice Neumann console but............... you all know our Banana Republic $$$ don't go far OS anymore.

Sharing an API console I dunno if I was last in the year to use it I'd have to spend 2 weeks just wiping 52 lots of different slobber from it. :)
