Integrate ... should we?
As i'm organising my display for Integrate, I'm thinking "I wonder who will be there?" and wondering if Turtlerockers should get together for a cup of tea and an opportunity to put names to faces. Now, as someone who couldn't even get his shit together to organise anything for his 50th birthday last month, I'm the last person to be put in charge of something like this, but i can bring the tea bags.
And...you do need to come and have a laugh at my "product" display which will be perched on the corner of the Mixmasters stand.
Not to forget either that on Tuesday evening you can face off with Joe Malone, Steve Caldwell and myself at the tech forum.
Thoughts?

I'll be popping in one of the afternoons, not sure which one yet. Would be great to put some faces to names.

Maybe we should replace all our little pics on the side with "real" photo's of ourselves. Kind of works with the rules of the forum.
......or if thats a bad idea please go easy on me. ha!

Awesome, thanks Jamil. I was supposed to be going up with the Bricasti crew but have been stuck in here recording since Monday. I feel better now. Did anyone do the class thing with Mr M? I had to cancel my ticket.
Cheers.

I once saw some early Massenburg channel strips for sale in America. I think they were from an Earth, Wind & Fire studio console or something??
Anyway, I emailed George for advice via his website and he kindly replied with plenty of detail.
I then exchanged a few interesting emails with him about working with Earth, Wind & Fire.
When I was 18 and at music college, those Massenburg engineered/produced EWF albums seemed audio perfect to all of us.
Anyway my point, I was pleasantly surprised that an industry legend and presumably busy man spared me the time to answer chat and gossip over a week or so.
Nice man!
