Is it the Vox FX plug? If so...

http://www.mhc.se/software/plugins/downloads.php

Demo's for download.

I'm buying some of these. They're pretty cool. As usual, thanks for the heads up Jamil!

hey kris,

they only have some...not all as demos.

i've emailed and they have no demos of Vox Fx, or any audio examples, which is shitting me...

last thing i wanna do is shell out 170bux for a thin sounding crap ass filter!!!

just bought the Vox FX 2 plugin...

200 dollars, and 1mb download later,

im peaved...

the plugin kinda reeks....it cant take ANY imput gain...or the filter just clips horribly.

this can be tamed by turning it right down...however, play a note in the higher ranges and it clips AGAIN!!!!! im getting to think that formant/vocoder effects in general create ALOT of resonance, however, i just havent been able to hear a filter of this type that sounds ballsy yet....F@#$ing annoying!

oh, the filters automation works strangely as well....

lets just say i feel like someone just stole 200 bux from me.

is there a way to get ur money back if software sucks balls? LOL!

The formant filter on the Arturia Moog V2 is pretty cool and you can automate it. I haven't tried or even seen if you can input an external signal yet. You can download a demo that is fully usuable for a certain number of starts, can't remember how many.

Hi Jamil,

Two suggestions...try and re-install...or wait for the *bug fixed* version.
(its a bug)

Of course a Moog Bode filter may help !
