fake vf-14 tubes

Hope you are well.

I just wanted to let you know that one of my clients has bought two beautiful looking VF14 tubes in perfect original boxes from a seller the USA for lots of $$ which turned out to be faked.

Unfortunately this is not the first time and I see more and more perfectly prepared fake VF14 since the last 12 months.
I had a chance to compare these recent tubes to a few other fake VF14 which I had here over the last year, including a wonderful looking - but also fake and not working - VF14M in a sealed original box (!) Billy Field bought on eBay from a seller in LA.
There is some evidence that all these bogus VF14 are from the same origin (someone seems to be very busy converting $8 tubes into paperweights for USD $2000 ...)

Since the problem of fake VF14 is increasing, I decided to put a warning on my website about this issue:

(Sorry for the rough text on the website, I did this in a bit of a rush, so it is probably a bit "German-English" - correction suggestions are welcome...)

Anyway, please spread the word to make it harder for the creator of this mess to deceive more people with bogus VF14.
I know it would help to leave a post on some of the forums (yours or Gearslutz etc), but as you know I took your advice and do not post on forums...
