Sure. I guess you always have to make your own luck. If they are successful from this then it's a cheap investment. It's still gotta be a good song with good performances regardless of who produces it.

That price is actually not bad for someone of Butch's league.... whether you like his work or not is another thing but a label would pay that and more for him.
