Universal Music "Spec Club" email. Spam or scam?

Hey T-Rockers

Did anyone else on this list receive an email that purported to be from Universal Music Australia promoting a scheme called The Spec Club?

I can't work out if it's legit, or phishing.

Anybody know what I'm on about?
