I'm advertising this for a friend. Single rack 8 transformer balanced mic pre's with a real silky smooth top end.
I have a set and believe me they sound great on drums and everything else as well.
He's asking $1800.00 (I was originally told $1500).....that's a good price for 8 pre amplifiers of this quality. Have a look at Joe's website for details: http://www.jlmaudio.com/TMP8.htm
PM me if interested.

Hi Richard,

Just sent you a PM regarding these pres. I'm a fan of Joe's stuff and have been curious about the TMP8 for a while now. Please let me know if they are still available.

Kind regards,
George

Yeh,
I paid that for mine six years ago, it's a great price, pity I don't need another one.
I'm pretty sure its sold now but thanks for all the interest.

I had intended to purchase for $1500 but was told by the owner that he wants $1800 !! Still a bargain at $1800

That's strange I was told the price was $1500 when I first mentioned it here, he's obviously had second thoughts regarding the price and I thought that it was low to start with. And it is still a bargain at $1800.

Maybe we should change the asking price as it could be interpreted as misleading.
I wish Joe had made an ADAT output on this thing - is there any options for this someone knows about.

Good idea, I'll change it now, haven't got a reply regarding its sale as yet.
