I wonder if they'll release a mid-range series of stuff? be!@#$%^& production methods and Midas design philosophy, priced somewhere between the two.

Yes, I am sure that being owned by Deadringer will do wonders for Midas and Klark tecknik. Much like Lexicon and DBX suddenly rose from obscurity and became sought after, high quality industry standards after Harmon took them over.

Looking forward to seeing such dogs as the Midas XL4 console finally being forgotten, now with technology like Invisible Mic Pre's® available to them Midas should become a real powerhouse. Get ready for the Midas ULTRAdesk® with British EQ® and built in Ultrafex® multi-effects, Xenyx® Ubercomressor® and built in EbtechRip® cable tester.

You are kidding about the XL4 right? I love that desk. Tracked many a live album through it.

The XL-4 is my dream console, I would love to have one in my studio, even though it's a live console, don't think I will ever get that lucky.

You could probably get it here for about $16k all in.

I'd love to have one too.
