Hi guys
did Phil find a new premises for Electric Ave?
I hope so - we need him and his great set of ears, mic's,valves, tape machines, mic pre's,eq's,compressors and experience.
He is a shining gem in Sydney - we have done many albums together over the years.
Rick - do you know?

Wow he has to move? I thought that studio was only fitted out within the last 5 years or so.

Rick and Phil have to vacate the premises so that the building could be demolished for units - very sad, but also a opportunity for these guys to make even better facilities - no doubt Rick will make the largest mastering facility in the universe.
But Phil has a much bigger task ahead....
Have you started yet Rick?
