Myspace - have they changed the Friends setup?

Postby Chinagraf » Wed Mar 03, 2010 11:27 am

I have a few new friends on myspace that I haven't approved or received notifications about. Nothing wrong with the people, but aren't I supposed to approve someone before they become a friend? Have they changed it?
Have I been hacked by the son of the deposed Prince of Nigeria?
Cheers.

Hey Jamil, on FB you can create 'lists' and put all your family on a seperate list, then go to your privacy settings and decide which list sees what stuff like photos, updates etc.
I have a lot of family in the US and keep them on a seperate list so they don't see photos from my weekend with the donkey and the girls in clown suits.

Check your privacy settings, maybe something got changed by accident.

Yes it automatically approves now by default. You should be able to change it in your settings somewhere.

My name is Chris and I'm an net addict. I've been Facebook clean for 3 whole weeks now. Just one day at a time, 7 little steps, that's all it takes brothers.

In fact the hardest part is getting Facebook to agree to delete your account.
