Up first is a racked pair of Ward Beck M462 EQ's.
These are three bands of sweepable freq. sweepable Q, and variable gain. The hi and lo bands can be turned into shelves and the Q control affects the roll off or boost curve. Fully balanced in and out these are very flexible and very good sounding EQ's. The rack job is not all that pretty but at the price I'm asking I've pretty much thrown the racking in for free. They have a toroid transformer driving a JLM powersupply for +/-22v supply. XLR i/o on back. I'm looking for $500.

Next is a DBX 118 Dynamic Range Enhancer. Known as the poormans DBX160 I now have a 160vu and so this is redundant. Fun little stereo compressor/expander this has a linear or soft knee option and a range of 1 all the way through infinity(?) compression and then the expander section. I've used it on drum groups, acoustic gtrs and have really enjoyed it. Can of course be used single sided for mono. And did I mention these look very cool?
These go on ebay for almost 200, that is a stupid price. $100 to the gentleman at the front there...
Last for today is the Ribbon mic. We've all seen the various chinese offerings, some of us have them some of us don't. Here's one like all the rest except I've added Cinemags RCA ribbon mic output transformer to it. There's not a lot inside a ribbon mic, Ribbon, magnet and transformer so its a relatively significant mod ;0 . Hey I changed one third of the parts to a RCA equivalents so surely its sounds one third like an RCA? No idea there actually. But it works, it sounds good on various things, not good on others. Completely spotless, used no more than a handful of times. Selling cause I've got two and I don't need stereo. I think the transformer cost me $80 shipped. Whole package going for $150. SOLD
