Custom Cables Recommendation?

Postby James Chia » Thu Apr 29, 2010 2:28 pm

Hi guys,

I'm looking for someone in Australia who makes a good 12-way Bantam-to-XLR snake at a reasonable price.

Any help greatly appreciated!

I'd probably be interested in something similar too.

I recently needed to make a 16 way bantam to xlr loom. I cut 8 short bantam to bantam cables in half and soldered some xlr's on that I had lying around to make mini bantam to xlr's. I just extend them with mic leads.

cheers :)

Steve Zitkus at Mintz Music makes pretty good cables. He's made custom multicores for me & I've used his bantam-xlr cables at A-Sharp studio. Not sure of his prices as it was so long ago that he did the work for me & I've had no problems since.
