i thought it SOUNDED pretty good.. especially considering it was at the forum (assume you are talking about the syd show) but i didnt really like the show.
if you are intersted in the gear:
all the usual stuff on stage (CDJ/ nord synth/ laptop etc) went into a MACKIE onyx mixer. this was a must have an no other unit was acceptable. they did their own monitoring through the mackie boxes that were sitting right in front of them (again no other unit acceptable)
at FOH the 2 channels went into an SSL x desk (engineers own)
Klark DN3030 (hired from me for the tour, though he would have preferred XTA)
Avalon 747 (hired from me, no other unit acceptable)
then straight to the cross overs.
house system was EAW, but we hired him in 4x D&B J subs cause he wasnt happy with the bottom end....
some odd choices all through i thought... but it did sound good.

yeah, it sounded excellent from FOH desk position..
all around the room though was fairly horrible.
rob booth's solo set was clipping 3/4 of the way through, thought that was pretty unprofessional.
i went to see Autech for free...didnt want to pay money for something i knew was going to be in darkness. Sydney crowds dont do respect and sensibility either.
I got what i expected from autechre, random IDM craziness...thought the ideas could have flowed a bit better, but some sections were friggin mindboggling. Also, i thought standing for a show like this was pretty stupid.
was fantastic to hear live electronic shit whilst being very dynamic though.
