MA5 hire in Melbourne?

Hi all.

I am going to hire a 1073 from Sing Sing to compare to my other mic pres.

I would really like to also try an Avedis MA5.

Any one got one they wouldn't mind hiring for a day?

Anyone here got both so they can give me an opinion?

Have heard strong mixed reviews on MA5, but never heard a bad word on the 1073 or the Brent Avrill 1073mp, which is what I will buy, if the 1073 is a vast improvement over my other pres for vocals through a 30 year old U87.
