Hi guys looking for a quality 1/2 inch reel to reel to mix down to. Need 30 ips if poss..and in good nic or ok to be serviced , parts etc..

dont get too stressed
there were only ever a handle full of 1/2 machines in australia
a a few people had "modded 1/4 machines to 1/2 in recent years but the current count is still VERY low
like less then 20 over the whole country .
nobody is holding out on you here

mixmasters will be you best bet , put you name down and wait me thinks

HEY RICK..thanks for your help...

looked at mix masters..nothing there at the moment just an mci 1/4 inch..BUT
Is it me or are their prices way on the high side..I might be dreaming but everything seems listed so hi..I mean $1200 for an La4.
$3000 for a focusrite red eq ..they are going on evil bay for around $1300

Dont get me wrong everyman has his right to charge what he wants...or am i just spending to many hours mixing and not enough buying gear??
