I know there's not a lot of Rode love around here, but I have a Rode Classic 2 and I love it. There, I said it. It works great on many sources. Especially acoustic guitars/Female Vox. Ok, so I guess people are laughing at me now.

I picked up one of the MK IIs for a really good price (I thought how bad could it be...?). Haven't had the sessions to really put it through its paces, but on first listening to a wannabe Leona Lewis (ugh), it's quite nice.
