Postby wez » Sun Sep 12, 2010 8:53 pm

*SOLD*

Selling my uber-cool Hammond Auto-Vari 64 Rhythm Machine - it's full of awesome! great sounding analogue drum machine (apparently internally simlar or identical to the original Roland Rhythm Ace/TR77, and we all know what they go for). in excellent condition, other than a small bit of black paint missing from the front.

(Linear Chris.... you've still got first dibs on this if you get in quick ;-)

some good info here http://www.dubsounds.com/AV64.htm

Melbourne pickup, or happy to post at buyer's expense. $250

Hey Wez, what do those LEDs monitor? My TR77 only has a tempo LED.

"Measure I", "Tempo" and "Measure II".

guess that makes it better than a TR77 ;-)

thats funny, because my hammond 64 looks similar, but completely different. All the buttons are lit with good old fashioned lamps, and the fill & stop start & tap tempo (that must be a first with tap tempo) are all capacitive buttons like those 80's alarm clocks with their snooze button.
Same layout and size tho.

very cool drum machine, worth price of admission just for it's bossa
