Amplification recommendations

I have just purchased some ATC scm 40's (insert happy face) and have a amplification choice to make.
In my sights are as follows.... MarkLevinson 431
Chord SPA 350w
Pass Labs X250 All the same'ish age.. all the same'ish price.
Any one with experience with this kit?
Your views would be appreciated..

Deals done.
Its a pair of Chord SPA 612 Monos (350W each) to feed my soon to be delivered ATC scm 40's. #:-s
