WTB: Multicore cable

howdy, i need some multicore, pref 8-way but 16 would be ok... does anyone have anything lying around, left over etc? i need various lengths so offcuts might be good too.

I picked up some Mogami 8 way from Audio Oz pulled from a studio. Was reasonably priced.

hey senad! well the patchbays will be in the same rack as the outboard, so maybe a metre or thereabouts would be the shortest i could use. the longest i'll need would probably only be about 3 metres i think. what you got?

I've got some wez about 5 or 6 meters by 8way...

let me check in the shed...I've got some short snakes pulled out from my old patchbay complete with connectors..it's all good stuff Klotz/Neutrik...

Wez, I've got:
12 X XLRF===>TRS (Klotz patch lead/neutrik) @ 1m each (a couple might be a few cm shorter than 1m)
12 X XLRM===>TRS (Klotz 16way m/core/Neutrik) @ 1m (still 4 pairs hanging off the snake with no connectros)
8 X TS===>RCA (cheaper moulded stuff) - not sure of the length, but about 5m

I know I've also got multicore offcuts laying around, but haven't come across them when checking the snakes...

These 1m snakes were connecting my interface to the patchbay that was in the same rack, about 6-7 RU apart..Just to give you an idea of how much length they would cover
